Wire antenna SW-CΦ1.0 low-temperature heat treatment
The heat treatment of SWIC is performed at low temperatures to maintain solderability.
The material used is "nickel-plated steel wire - SWIC-F." "SWIC" is a plated steel wire that has undergone surface treatment on iron-based spring materials. Although it is not compliant with JIS standards, the base materials, such as piano wire and hard steel wire, conform to JIS standards. Due to its high electrical conductivity and good solderability, it is often used as a material for battery springs and antennas. This wire antenna is shaped using a multi-forming machine. The heat treatment after shaping is conducted at a low temperature of 200 to 250 degrees to maintain solderability. If you have any issues with springs or wire forming, please feel free to consult us. Our technical staff will respond carefully. Tsuruoka Spring Co., Ltd.
